DESCRIPTION:Join the Westbank Museum and over 30 cultural community groups and community partners at this year’s Common Good Pharmacy at the 2026 Westside Multiculturalism Day on Saturday\, June 27th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Constable Neil Bruce Middle School! This is a free\, family-friendly event celebrating the diversity of the Greater Westside! \nThere will be cultural pavilions representing over 30 different community groups from across the world\, with information\, educational opportunities\, activities to participate in\, and food samples to try! Complete our new cultural scavenger hunt to enter some prize draws! \nWe will also be having cultural performances take place from 10:15 AM – 1:00 PM! Go to www.westsidemulticulturalismday.ca for a full schedule of performances! \nWe will also be hosting several free cultural workshops from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at this year’s Westside Multiculturalism Day. \nThere will also be food trucks on site that will have food available for purchase. Go to www.westsidemulticulturalismday.ca to see which food trucks will be at the event! \nAdditionally\, the Okanagan United FC will be hosting a youth soccer skills activity in celebration of the FIFA World Cup\, which will be going on throughout the day! We invite youth and families from all backgrounds to represent their heritage and support their favourite nation by wearing their favourite team’s jersey with pride. \nDesigned specifically for children/teens ages 14 and under\, the OUFC/KUFC will host FREE soccer activities throughout the event\, including fun mini 1v1 challenges\, skills competitions\, and small sided games! If participation numbers allow\, exciting 3v3 mini tournaments will also be organized throughout the day! \nNo experience is required! Whether you’re kicking a soccer ball for the very first time or already play the game\, everyone is welcome.
