The 2024 Festival of Lights will take place in Downtown Summerland on Friday, November 29, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. This annual holiday event brings thousands of attendees together to enjoy festive activities, live entertainment, and seasonal attractions. Visitors can explore various zones, including the Re/Max Orchard Country Main Stage, Giants Head Dental Kidz Zone, and Nesters Market Family Stage. Highlights include a Santa mini-parade, Selfies with Santa, food trucks, letters to Santa, “Light Up the Arts” at the Summerland Art Gallery, and a fireworks display hosted by Summerland Credit Union. It’s a fun-filled, family-friendly evening that lights up the heart of Summerland for the whole Okanagan region.
