Salmon Arm Wharf
The Salmon Arm Wharf holds the title of the longest curved inland wharf in North America and is a popular spot for visitors to take a walk while enjoying lake views.
The curved design helps protect the wharf by minimizing damage from waves and ice, making it stronger and more durable over time.
At the end of the wharf, Cafe on the Bay is the perfect place to take a break. Grab a seat at one of the picnic tables and enjoy a treat—whether it’s fries, a cold drink, or a scoop of ice cream—all while taking in the view.
Families may spot fish or watch for birds—this area is well-known for its rich birdlife. In the fall, the trees near Marine Peace Park put on a beautiful show of colour. Marine Park, located right beside the wharf, offers a place to picnic or play. The park features well-kept gardens, walking trails, picnic tables, and washroom facilities.
