Plan a visit to Arlo’s Honey Farm, where you can book a tour (by appointment) or drop by their shop to pick up honey, beeswax, and other bee-related goodies! The tours are a fun and informative way to learn about honeybees and their fascinating lives.
Just opposite of their store, is the Bee Educated centre. The centre features colorful posters and pictures showcasing the honeybee’s life cycle, along with antique beekeeping equipment and a display of what the inside of a hive looks like—don’t worry, no live bees are involved here!
Arlo’s Honey Farm Guided Tours:
Standard Tour: Spend 30-40 minutes exploring the Bee Educated Centre with a guide and observing bees safely from a distance.
Extended Tour: Enjoy everything included in the standard tour, plus a special experience where you’ll visit a screened enclosure to see a hive opened up and observe the bees up close.
These tours are a great way for families to connect with nature and discover the incredible world of honeybees!
