Ethos Parkour & Movement
Birthday parties are a blast at Ethos Parkour & Movement, the spacious gym is equipped with various obstacles and equipment designed to challenge and entertain children of all skill levels. They have chairs and long tables available and you are welcome to set up decorations 15 minutes early and stay 15 minutes later to take down everything.
The coach will give your group an overview of parkour safety, then it’s time to dive into games! From ‘floor is lava’ to lights out with glow-in-the-dark laser tag, the kids will have the best time! Parkour beginners are welcome!
Parkour Birthday Party Option #1
Includes 1.5 hours structured parkour instruction, games, and food / present time (you choose the ratio of play time to food, presents time etc); Nerf is an option for no extra charge (7yrs +); They provide eyewear and regular Nerf bullets; participants bring their own nerf guns. Parents are welcome to join in – younger siblings are welcome with parents.
Parkour + Laser Tag Birthday Party Option #2
They provide the equipment, lights out, black lighting and glowing guns (5 years +)
Checklist for attendees:
- Signed waivers by parent – available at the gym or online in advance
- Dry, clean runners
- Gym clothes
- Bottled water
- Pinata’s with candy are ok; but please, no confetti or glitter
