Located at Highland Park Elementary School, this free, drop-in program is for children 0-5 years old and their caregivers. The program follows the SD83 calendar and is open for drop-in.

Family Support Institute of BC (FSI)
The Family Support Institute (FSI) is a provincial organization committed to providing culturally-sensitive, accessible and free support to families who have a child or family member with a disability, with or without a diagnosis. FSI offers family-to-family mentorship, support groups, training, and online resources.

Okanagan Regional Library | Armstrong
The Armstrong branch of the Okanagan Regional Library is a family-friendly spot where kids can enjoy a bright and inviting space designed just for them. With low shelves, comfy seating, and a cozy reading corner, it’s easy for little ones to explore and settle in with a good book. The library also offers child-sized tables for quiet play and creative activities, plus regular programming like Family Story Time and Stay & Play. You’ll often find seasonal activity sheets and crafts available to keep young visitors entertained.
