This charity supports mothers and caregivers in crisis by providing ongoing support to individuals and families facing various struggles. Mamas for Mamas – South Okanagan Facebook page is for parents or caregivers to look for items or if they have items to trade or give away they can post them to the page. No money can exchange hands, their currency is only kindness. They also offer a Karma Market where parents and caregivers can shop for items they need. Accessing this can be set up by filling out a Mamas Online Support Application on the website until the “Contact” tab.

During the school year, from September to June, YMCA Early Years provides a play space at the Penticton Community Centre where children can freely explore, create, and let their imagination soar in a warm and inclusive setting.
