Fruit Stands, Orchards & U-Pick

Their typical u-pick season for cherries begins in early July and lasts for 2-3 weeks (depending on the weather and the number of people picking). Table grapes are ready in late August. This farm is great because they supply buckets and containers to pick up and take home. Please note, that they accept cash only.

Known for everything cherries, you can stop to purchase cherry products or get your hands dirty and pick your own bucket.

A 45-acre orchard, family-owned and operated with a fruit stand that has a little bit of everything! They grow all different kinds of fruit and veggies, offer fresh local honey and jams/syrups, and make the best samosas with fresh chutney! In addition, they make daily pies from scratch with only local fruit and they serve 16 different flavours of ice cream, screamers are now available too!

This family farm grows and packs sweet cherries of the Okanagan, therefore their harvest usually runs from mid-July until the end of August. They sell bulk cherries at farmgate prices, where they pick, hydro-cooled, and custom pack boxes each week for pick-up on Friday afternoon. Malcolm at Malcolm Fruit and Flower Pedlar will be operating their fruit stand on weekday afternoons at 13218 Victoria Road North (right beside the thrift store).

Cawston Country Farm offers a variety of locally grown produce, including apples, squash, plums, and more, in a charming location.

Chahal Farms and Fruit Stand in Lake Country offers a wide variety of fruit grown in the Okanagan Valley. From peaches, cherries, apricots, and plums to prunes, pears, and apples, they have it all. They also offer U-pick opportunities, primarily for cherries, with options available throughout the season, including both early and late varieties.

Chahal Fruit Stand is a colorful roadside stand located in Penticton, directly across from Poplar Grove Winery. The stand offers fresh, locally grown produce, including cherries, peaches, apples, and apricots, as listed on their hand-painted sign. Its vibrant yellow and red exterior and rustic charm make it a welcoming stop for people driving by on their way to Naramata.

Dave's Farm Fresh Fruits & Veggies in Cawston offers a fantastic selection of fresh, locally grown produce. From apples, pears, plums, and watermelons to tomatoes, squash, and pumpkins, there’s something for everyone. They also sell ice cream and have a variety of local goods, including jams and apple chips.
