The 2025 Learn to Fish Free Family Event is “everything you need to know about fishing”. There will be opportunities for youth to engage in fishing and try their luck at catching a real rainbow trout. There will be instructions on fly tying, rod casting, and more.
Enjoy a hot dog and a swim in the river (maybe not in that order). Learn about aquatic invasive species and how to identify different water bugs. There will be kids crafts and more. Lots of door prizes will be awarded throughout the day, so come early for more chances to win.
