Join the Bee Zen Kids Yoga for a free family yoga session this holiday season. This is beginner friendly and will include breathwork, yoga, meditation, games, and bedtime stories. It’s perfect for the caregiver and child to connect and calm together! This is a great activitiy to do with kids over the holiday break.
