Riparian Park is located in Keremeos, offering a peaceful walking trail along the Similkameen River. Surrounded by natural grassland and shaded by mature trees, it's a quiet place to go for a walk in nature.

Offering a mix of fresh produce and treats, Sanderson Farms features local peaches, plums, pears, and apples, alongside ice cream from Island Farms and Foothills Creamery, mango slushies, and colorful saltwater taffy. Visitors can also enjoy samosas, pies, frozen burritos, coffee, and even pizza and pasta, making it a great stop for fresh and prepared foods. Kids will love the colourful display of candy taffy and the variety of treats available.

Visitors can take part in drop-in exercise classes, senior swims, and public swims, including special Toonie Swim sessions. The pool also provides swimming lessons that can be registered for in advance, and private bookings are available, subject to availability. The facility features indoor changing rooms and showers for convenience, a comfortable seating area on the deck, and ample free parking.

Bring the family to the Similkameen Recreation Centre which is home to four – 5 pin bowling lanes. When staffing is available, the Similkameen Recreation Centre offers access to their indoor climbing wall. Please contact the recreation centre for the current schedule of availability. You can also book a birthday party at the Similkameen Recreation Centre. Your rental includes access to the games area.

The Similkameen Skating Rink at the Similkameen Recreation Centre in Keremeos operates as a full-sized, outdoor hockey rink, complete with half boards and lighting for evening use. Typically open from December to February (weather dependent), it offers amenities like change rooms, washroom access, and skate rentals (though sharpening is not available). Programs include Mites and adult hockey, skating lessons, drop-in sessions, and sponsored skate events during the Christmas holidays, providing options for all ages and skill levels to enjoy the ice.

Step inside the South Similkameen Museum and travel back in time to discover the stories that shaped Keremeos and the surrounding valley. Kids can see artifacts from the days of cattle rustlers, gold prospectors, and early orchardists, while parents enjoy learning about the area’s agricultural roots. With fascinating displays and friendly volunteers happy to share local tales, it’s a great stop for curious minds of all ages.

Conveniently located off the highway, SS Produce boasts a rich variety of farm-grown fruits and vegetables, including peaches, cherries, apricots, pears, apples, nectarines, plums, prunes, garlic, peppers, tomatoes, squash, pumpkins, eggplant, corn, and zucchini, with plenty of parking available for visitors. In addition to their fresh produce, they offer a selection of soft drinks, honey, and ice cream. Don’t miss out on their delicious milkshakes and samosas—a must-try for anyone visiting.

Travel back in time for a one-of-a-kind birthday experience at the Grist Mill and Gardens. They currently offer four theme options: Tea Party, Heritage Games, Painting in the Garden, and Fresh from the Oven. All birthday parties include admission for guests and parents for 2 hours, snacks, and drinks.

Previously known as Blush Lane Organic Orchard, Wild at Heart Organic Orchard provides a wide selection of tree-ripened fruit, including several varieties of apricots, 13 types of peaches, 6 kinds of nectarines, 10 varieties of plums, and 10 different apples. These seasonal fruits are available at their orchard fruit stand or carefully hand-packed and shipped to select retailers.
