Skateparks & Bike Parks

The Penticton BMX Track is a city-owned track open to the public for recreational riding anytime—except during scheduled races or when the track is wet, as use can damage the surface. Maintained by the Penticton BMX Society, the club welcomes riders of all ages and offers a free one-day trial for those wanting to try out organized racing, with events typically held Thursday evenings from April to October. Racing schedule is available on www.pentictonbmx.com or their Facebook page. Any bike is allowed except motorized or throttle e-bikes.

The Peachland Skate Park is located in Lambly Park, surrounded by grass and trees with a small bleacher area for spectators. It features a variety of obstacles including a quarterpipe, stairs, rails, hubba ledge, banks, up-gap, hips, and roll-ins. The park is open to skateboards, scooters, bikes, and inline skates, and operates daily from 7:00 am to dusk.

Armstrong Skatepark, beside Norval Arena, has ramps, rails, and bowls that welcome skaters of all levels.

City Park Skate & Bike Park in Kelowna is a fenced facility with street-style features like rails, ramps, and grind boxes. It’s suitable for skateboards, scooters, and BMX bikes. Riders are encouraged to wear helmets and safety gear, as the park is unsupervised and used at your own risk.

Enderby Skatepark, located in Barnes Park, offers a mix of quarter pipes, banks, ledges, and a central pyramid feature. It’s a great spot for riders of all levels to skate, hang out, and enjoy the open layout right in the heart of Enderby.

Located at 9th Street and Veterans Avenue, the Keremeos Skatepark offers a variety of ramps, rails, and ledges for both skateboarders and BMX riders. Built in partnership with RDOS Recreation Services, it’s a shared public space designed for all skill levels.

The Oliver Small Wheels Skate Park is located in Lion’s Park and features a range of concrete elements for all skill levels, with nearby seasonal washrooms, and free parking available for visitors.

Osoyoos Skatepark is adjacent to the Sun Bowl Arena and easily visible and accessible from Highway 97. This skatepark caters to a variety of skill levels. Its layout includes both street and transition elements.The park features a range of obstacles, including ledges, rails, and more.

Penticton Youth Park is a standout destination for skateboarding, BMX biking, scootering, and inline skating. Spanning 30,000 square feet, it’s one of the largest modern concrete skateparks in BC, featuring a hybrid design with both street and transition elements. The park also includes stadium lighting, covered spectator seating, full-sized basketball courts, washrooms, and free parking.

The Salmon Arm Skatepark at Blackburn Park is a popular spot for skateboarders, scooter riders, and BMXers of all ages. It features a smooth riding surface with a mix of ramps, rails, banks, and ledges, offering a good variety for practicing tricks and building confidence. With open space and a flow-friendly layout, it’s suitable for both beginners and experienced riders.
