Celebrating Community returns to Polson Park on July 1 with a full day of free family fun, live entertainment, local vendors, food trucks, and activities for all ages.
The day begins at 11:00 AM with a free bouncy castle and family activities. Community performances take over the main stage starting at noon, featuring the Kalamalka Highlanders, Vernon Community Band, Kalamalka Cheer, Sadok Dancers, Kesevah Belly Dancers, and the North Okanagan Pipe and Drum Band.
The Polson Market will be open from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, showcasing local artisans, makers, community organizations, and a food truck garden serving up delicious options throughout the day.
At 3:00 PM, Fruit Fest returns with free fruit available while supplies last.
Skateboarders can head to the Polson Skate Park where OK Skate Co will host a Skate Competition from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, featuring local talent, prizes, and plenty of action.
