Folktale Cider
Folktale Cider in the Oyama community of Lake Country is a family-friendly cidery that offers a perfect blend of craft cider offerings for adults and fun activities for kids. While the adults sip on a flight, kids will love exploring the variety of fun kid activities this cidery has to offer.
The cidery also offers local beers and kombucha on tap, pressed apple juice, soda, and a variety of premium coffees like lattes, cappuccinos, chai, and matcha. They serve charcuterie and small bites, and you are also welcome to bring your own food or takeout to their picnic area.
Children will love bouncing on the jumbo jumper in the middle of the cidery—just don’t forget to bring socks, as it can get hot during the summer. The mini-zipline is a favorite amongst kids, keeping them entertained as they zip back and forth again and again. They also have seasonal scavenger hunts available for some added fun. The cost for partaking in all activities is $5/child or $10/family.
When they need a break from playing in the heat, cool them down with a refreshing shaved ice topped with their favorite flavored syrup! And don’t forget to visit the friendly chickens, where kids can get up close and enjoy a little farmyard fun.
On select days, food trucks and live music add to the experience, creating a fun and casual atmosphere for all ages.
