Turner Park is a fantastic family-friendly space in Peachland, now featuring a large and colourful playground designed for active play. The structure includes tall climbing nets, rope bridges, crawl-through tunnels, a bright green slide, and a saucer swing. The entire play area is set on a rubberized surface. There are benches and picnic tables are placed nearby, many in shaded spots.
In addition to the playground, the park includes a new soccer field, an upgraded baseball diamond with refreshed bleachers, and plenty of open grassy space for running around or kicking a ball. The renovated washroom building features a vibrant mural created by local artists Alex Morrison, Shelley Sweeney, and Madeleine Nixon.
With shaded picnic tables, a parking lot, and scenic views of Okanagan Lake, Turner Park is a great spot for families.
