Jim’s U Cut Christmas Tree Farm | Enderby

Jim’s U-Cut Christmas Trees offers a wide range of tree sizes, from 5 feet to 18 feet high. All of their trees are cultured “pruned” and watered through the year and you will have no problem finding the perfect tree for your family. Saws are provided. Cash or etransfer.

Grumpy’s Christmas Tree Farm | Kelowna

The most well-known Christmas Tree Farm in the Okanagan is Grumpy’s (you will see the big sign out front). In 2025, they limit to only 100 field trees, first-come, first-served. Come join them for a campfire, cookies, and hot chocolate. Pre-cut uncultured trees are available by appointment after November 21 – call the number below. Cash or e-transfer.

K&J Pacific Peaches | Kelowna

Don’t miss out on picking your family Christmas tree at K&J Pacific Peaches. This farm has been in their family for over 70 years! It’s $50 per tree and they give a big bag of apples with each tree purchase.

McMillan Farms | Kelowna

McMillan Farms offers a festive family Christmas tree experience with a selection of Douglas Fir, Noble Fir, and Canaan Fir trees ranging in size from 6 to 13 feet. Prices start at $70, and they also offer delivery and tree disposal. Enjoy hayrides, a food truck with hot chocolate and Christmas cookies, fire pits, and lots of lights and photo opportunities while you pick your perfect tree!

The farm is open from dawn to dusk and is not pet friendly. All trees are $75, any size; Cash Only. (Located 15 minutes from Kelowna Airport and 20 minutes from OK College in Vernon)

Blasted Rock Christmas Tree Farm in Summerland is the perfect place to find your holiday tree this season! Offering a variety of spruce and pine Christmas trees, the farm provides a festive experience for everyone. They’ll cut and load your tree for you, or if you prefer to cut your own, simply bring your own saw and enjoy the hands-on experience. Trees are $100, Cash only please. No email transfer.

Seidel’s Tree Farm | Summerland

After 5 years of love and devotion, they are now ready to start welcoming guests at Seidel’s Tree Farm! This being the 1st year of trees being available, there a variety of sizes. Come pick and tag your tree for a later cut date, $25 deposit required with remainder due upon pickup OR Pick cut and take your tree home with you! All trees are $100.

Seidels Tree Farm will be open for drop in Sunday December 13th, 2025 9am-3pm Hot chocolate (by donation to the SPCA) and festive Christmas music!

Stop by Abandoned Rail Brewing Co. in Penticton for fresh-cut firs, sourced from a farm in Kelowna. Most trees are 6’/7′ tall. $75 plus tax, limited quantity.

Owners Bud and Betty are excited to have the ranch fully open with hundreds of cultured Douglas Fir trees to choose from. In addition, they will be offering free hot chocolate in Santa’s heated workshop. Fun for the whole family! Visitors can enjoy a nature walk on the Reindeer Trail, explore the Victorian-style Elf Cottage, and meet miniature animals like horses and goats. They provide saws for u-cut trees and offer tree-shaking services. In addition to fresh-cut swags and birch reindeer, the gift shop features Fire Forge Laser Creations with personalized options, making Christmas Ranch a delightful holiday tradition.

Pick out a Christmas tree at the MacKenzie’s, a fun seasonal day for the whole family. You can pre-select a tree now and come back closer to Christmas to pick it up. They are a pet-friendly farm and have their own dog at the tree farm.

Owls Roost Christmas Tree Farm | Osoyoos

Located up Anarchist Mountain, this is a U-cut Christmas tree farm set on a beautiful 160-acre property. They will have concolour fir available for sale. They are open by appointment only to limit the number of people at the farm at once.

Christmas Tree Permits

According to the BC Government website, ‘Members of the public who wish to cut a Christmas Tree on Crown land for personal use must have a “Free Use Permit for a Christmas Tree” from each Natural Resource District where they intend to cut, signed by the appropriate District Manager or designate.’

There is no charge for the permit, however, permittees must:

  • Carry the permit at all times
  • Read and understand the conditions of the permit before signing
  • Produce the permit at the request of a Natural Resource Officer, Conservation Officer or Peace Officer
