Farmers' & Community Markets

BC’s longest continuously running farmers’ market is celebrating over 50 years! They offer a summer market starting at the end of April until Thanksgiving at the IPE Fairgrounds. Their Winter Market is held indoors at Odd Fellows Hall on Saturdays from the end of November to mid-April.

Set along Naramata’s beautiful Manitou beachfront park, the Naramata Community Farmers Market pairs lake views with the best artisans from the area. Stroll through a vibrant mix of local growers, bakers, and artisans, grab a bite from rotating food trucks, and settle in on the grass to enjoy live music - it’s a relaxed, weekly celebration of community, creativity, and fresh Okanagan flavour. The market runs from the first Wednesday in June to the last Wednesday of September from 4-7 pm.

The Penticton Farmers’ Market is a popular weekly stop for locals and visitors, located on the 100 block of Main Street in downtown Penticton. Running from mid April to the end of October, families can shop directly from farmers, food makers, and small businesses, with a mix of fresh produce, baked goods, prepared foods, and handmade items to explore as you wander through the stalls and take in the downtown atmosphere.

The Peachland Farmers and Crafters Market is a welcoming lakeside spot with fresh produce, baked goods, handmade crafts, and unique artisan finds. Families can enjoy the lively atmosphere, browse local vendors, and then head right next door to the epic playground in Heritage Park for even more fun.

The Cherryville Community Market is a seasonal outdoor market that showcases local produce, handmade goods, baked treats, and artisan crafts from the Cherryville area. Located across the highway from Franks' General Store & Grill, it's a great place to connect with the community and support small-scale vendors.

Located in Downtown Summerland, the Summerland Rotary Market runs every Sunday from June to October.

Kelowna’s new Main Street Market launches at 2041 Harvey Ave.—the historic site of the city’s first farmers market. This indoor-outdoor market will feature over 100 rotating vendors, offering handmade goods, vintage finds, local food, and more. Located at Kelowna Event Centre, the market celebrates community connection and the legacy of shopping local.

The Downtown Salmon Arm Farmers’ Market runs year-round, rain or shine, with a strong focus on community and local food. The market features fresh produce, meat, dairy, baked goods, and artisan items—plus live music, kid-friendly activities, and a festival-like atmosphere in the summer months.
