Celebrate the Wild – Enderby

Event Description

The Kingfisher Interpretive Centre Society will be “Celebrating the Wild” with special guests Mikaela Cannon, author of “Foraging as a Way of Life” and Laureen Felix, local Splatsin member and Community Garden Coordinator. Enjoy music by Treebirds and the Leaflings. This program offers information about edible plants, foraging ethics, plant identification, Secwepemc culture, and stories.

Bring a lunch to enjoy at our beautiful site and enjoy some “forest treats” afterward.
