Kelowna Friends of the Library are hosting our Fall 36th Annual Great Okanagan Book Sale fundraiser supporting Okanagan Regional Library (ORL), Wed 14 – Sat 17 October.

Dates: Wed 14 October, 2pm – 8pm | Thu 15 & Fri 16 October, 9:30am – 8pm | Sat 17 October, 9:30am – 2pm
Hall full of bargain books for all ages & interests (most $2 plus specially priced good-as-new items) including young adult, large print books, puzzles & games. Childrens Book room (most $1).
Card & cash payments accepted.
Fresh stock added continuously. 900+ boxes (30,000+ items) sorted by subject & fiction categories. Great for holiday reading & seasonal gifts.
Funds raised support Summer Reading Club (SRC), year-round programming for all ages, author visits & guest presenters, workshops, enhanced facilities, maker spaces and more at the downtown Kelowna, Mission & Rutland branches, as well as all other 24 branches across the valley. Plus special system-wide projects of the ORL network including SRC tours of presenters (local magician Leif David, educational science presenters: Bob O’Donnell the Fossil Guy & Stuart Brown the Bug Guy) to all branches, beloved by kids & families across the valley.
