Join us for Symphony Storytime concerts — interactive musical “Cushion Concerts,” each one featuring a different instrument family, and shaped for the youngest music lovers of the family, presented by the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra and Orff specialist Joe Berarducci. Each concert tells a different story and includes lots of music, singing, moving…and fun! Shows are approximately 40 minutes long. Please bring your own cushion.
Next up is “The Magic Pasta Pot” in November. The enchanted pot of pasta is overflowing because we forgot the magic spell to make it stop! Come sing and dance as we act out this fun folktale. The show features the woodwind instruments.
While best suited for preschoolers aged 2 – 5, older and younger children are welcome at Symphony Storytime as well. Bring the whole family for a fun activity everyone can take part in. Two presentations of each show, 9:30am and 10:45am. Buy your tickets in advance to be sure of availability.
