Celebrate in their bright gym, play birthday party games, and enjoy activities. No gymnastics experience is necessary! You will receive 1 hour and 45 minutes of party time. The first 60 minutes are in the gym and the remaining 45 minutes are in the party area.

Race around the indoor go-kart track, step into a fully immersive Zero Latency VR adventure, challenge your aim with interactive axe throwing, battle it out in the NEXUS Arena with gel blasters and laser tag, or keep the fun going at the Victory Lane Arcade. Memorial Arena was built in 1945 and is a smaller rink at 180’ x 80’ in size. This rink provides public skating sessions with dedicated times for seniors, offering a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy a relaxed skating experience together.

Book your child’s next party with Kelowna Museums for a memorable and entertaining adventure! Your birthday party includes an activity in the gallery with three options to choose from. They will set up and clean up after the party, you are responsible for the food, beverages, and cake.

Families can ski or snowshoe at Kelowna Nordic Ski Club located on McCullough Road.

A variety of public programs are available including those for families and parents and tots. They also offer annual memberships, drop-in paddles, public programs for non-members and youth summer camps.

The Kelowna Rockets are a Major Junior hockey team in the WHL. They play at Prospera Place in downtown Kelowna, an arena with seating for over 6,500 fans.

StrongStart is a free school-based early learning drop-in program offered on school days. Your child will have free time to play games, read books, create a craft, participate in story time where they will sing songs, and exercise during gym time (where applicable). You will complete a registration form on your first day. Please also be prepared to provide legal proof of identification for your child.

The Okanagan Regional Library (ORL) serves Kelowna through its three branches: Downtown Kelowna, Mission, and Rutland. Each location offers a variety of free programs for families, including Story Time, Baby Time, and Toddler Time, along with many others. Seasonal activities and events throughout the year provide great options if you are looking for things to do with your family.

Here is a chance to pick your cherries. If it’s not raining, pack a lunch, and bring the family and lots of friends! They will supply the pails, but feel free to bring boxes, containers, and bags.
