Once Upon A Child is an independently owned and operated children’s new and gently used resale store. The focus is to provide Okanagan families with a customer-oriented retail experience that will provide you with everything you need for your growing child, from infancy to age 12.

They offer a kids menu and all kids meals are served with a drink and dessert. Yummy!

The recreation centre offers a 25-meter swimming pool, a children’s play pool, and a whirlpool and steam room to the public. Public swimming and lane swimming is available during the allotted times below. The birthday package includes access to the swimming pool during the public swim, a private room with tables and chairs for food, cake, presents, and support from recreation staff if needed.

The Parkinson Recreation Centre Playground is an inclusive Kelowna play space featuring a giant Ogopogo to climb on, a wheelchair-accessible bus, saucer swings, a rope climbing pyramid, sandbox, and musical instruments. Benches and picnic tables surround the playground for parents.
