Peachland

Antlers Beach Regional Park in Peachland is a peaceful lakeside stop just off Highway 97, right before entering Peachland if you're driving from Penticton. With pebbly rocks, clear water, picnic tables, benches, a dock, and washrooms, it's a great place to take a break and enjoy the lake — and the perfect spot to teach the kids how to skip rocks.

Elliot Avenue Park in Peachland is a neighbourhood park features a small playground located next to some residential homes. The playground includes a slide, balance steps, and a set of swings. The park also offers open green space ideal for picnics or running around.

Heritage Park features a playground with climbing structures, slides, and swings, plus a splash pad, picnic tables, and lots of open grassy space to play. With views of Okanagan Lake and public washrooms, the Peachland Museum, and local shops and restaurants just across the street, it’s a great spot for a family outing.

The Heritage Park Splash Pad is located next to a colorful playground, with a concrete surface and grassy areas surrounding it. Seasonal public washrooms are available across the street. You can also walk along the Ray Kandola Heritage Pier to enjoy stunning views of Okanagan Lake.

Tucked against a hillside and surrounded by tall trees, Morrison Park is a quiet neighbourhood park offering a nature-filled playtime setting. The playground features a slide, climbing areas, monkey bars, and wide stairs. The wood chip surface and shaded backdrop make it a great place for the kids to play, while the nearby green space provides room to run or relax. 

Okanagan ATV Tours provides thrilling all-terrain vehicle adventures in the picturesque Okanagan Valley, offering trails for all skill levels and the opportunity for children aged 5 and older to ride as passengers in their 2-seater Side by Side.

Stop into the Peachland Regional Library to take out a book, magazine, or DVD. You can also register to join an online storytime or participate in their many activities throughout the year.

Parrot Island is a non-profit sanctuary for rescued parrots. Visit the sanctuary to learn about the parrots, their expected life, and how we as humans can prevent the breeding of these birds by keeping them in their natural habitat. Outside the building on neighbouring property, you will find miniature horses for the kids to watch in action.

Rent one of their bikes, paddle boards, or kayaks to enjoy the beautiful views around Okanagan lake.
