The Okanagan Falls branch of the Okanagan Regional Library is a cozy and welcoming spot that's perfect for families with young kids. Alongside a great selection of children's books, the library features a puppet theatre with hand puppets, a large puzzle table where visitors can work on, and shelves filled with board games and puzzles for all ages. There's a special play area just for little ones with wooden puzzles and a table marked "Reserved for Little Humans," plus bins of LEGO tucked under the shelves for creative play.

Penticton BMX Club

Penticton BMX is a city-owned track open to the public for recreational riding anytime—except during scheduled races or when the track is wet, as use can damage the surface. Maintained by the Penticton BMX Society, the club welcomes riders of all ages and offers a free one-day trial for those wanting to try out organized racing, with events typically held Thursday evenings from April to October. Racing schedule is available on www.pentictonbmx.com or their Facebook page. Any bike is allowed except motorized or throttle e-bikes.
