Okanagan Bowling Club has 16 five-pin lanes with bumpers for family fun. Their kids' party packages include bowling, a private room, food options, and the option to bring your own cake!

The Okanagan Science Centre is a great place to explore the wonders of science and technology as the centre offers a variety of interactive exhibits and educational programs. From hands-on displays to live demonstrations, there's always something new to discover. For a perfect Birthday party, they offer exciting party packages where kids can dive into hands-on science-themed activities like Little Scientists, Bubble Bash, Crazy Chemistry, Ooey Gooey, Prehistoric Party, or Blast into Space, with themes tailored to different age groups.

Stop into the Peachland Regional Library to take out a book, magazine, or DVD. You can also register to join an online storytime or participate in their many activities throughout the year.

The Peachland Museum suprised our family and we spent an hour there. Head upstairs where you can watch the trains in action from Nelson to Hope which was the length of the Kettle Valley. The layout for the Central Okanagan Railway Company (CORC) is based upon the Kettle Valley Railway operations during the decade from 1955 to 1965. The train tracks wrap around the entire upstairs with interactive buttons the kids can press.

Enjoy access to the leisure pool featuring a lazy river and large whirlpool, spray features, and a waterslide (depending on the time). This modern facility provides zero-entry ramps to all three pools, sauna and steam room, deck-side seating and multi-purpose rooms, and spacious changing areas for men, women, and families. Choose to host a birthday party at one of their meeting rooms, book the gymnasium, or host a pool party. We booked meeting room #4 which offered plenty of space – tables and chairs were included in the rental.

Located in the same building as the Penticton Public Library, the Penticton Museum is full of activities and exhibits for you to enjoy with your children. The Museum is open to the public from Tuesday to Saturday and is a great way to spend a morning or afternoon. Pick up their scavenger hunt list to discover all the items on your self-guided tour. Entrance is by donation, with $1 suggested for kids and $2 for adults.

With VR experiences for ages 6+, visitors can jump, walk, and crawl through immersive worlds, choosing from games, simulations, and interactive adventures—plus, watching others play is just as fun!

Planet Lazer offers private laser tag games, an arcade, and five party packages with a new party room (regular or black lights), plus food, drink, and token add-ons—reservations recommended!

New to Kelowna, Play Area is an indoor playground that offers fun, educational activities for children, designed for ages 9 months to 10 years.

They offer 5 and 10-pin bowling, and you can enjoy blacklight minigolf, billiards, and arcade games! Host a birthday party here and go bowling, play mini-golf or do both!
