Manitou is a beautiful, quiet park and beach nestled in Naramata and just a few blocks away from the town of Naramata. Pack a lunch or snacks and plan to spend a morning or afternoon here.
Manitou Park
When you arrive, there are several parking spots in shaded areas. It’s a one-way to drive around the parking lot.
Manitou Beach
Spend the entire day at this beautiful beach. With a slide into the water and floating dock afar for the kids to swim out to, it’s the perfect spot.
Two Playground Areas
One playground is right beside the beach. This is perfect to keep an eye on your little ones as they can come and go from the beach to cool off in the shade at the playground.
This playground has three slides together, the kids call it the rainbow slide. There is also a fourth slide on the other end of the play structure.
The second playground is closer to the parking lot. There are swings, spinners to stand on and a dome to climb.
New Washroom Building
New in 2021, there is a beautiful new building with 5 washrooms and a separate change room that are all accessible. There is also an outdoor shower/foot wash station and a water fountain and place to fill up your water bottle.
