Cedar Ridge Park has a forest theme play structure, topped with cut-out evergreen trees. Kids can climb up the rock wall, go across the monkey bars, scramble up the wave-shaped climbing panels, or take the stairs to the top and pick their slide. There’s a long green slide on one side and a side-by-side double slide on the other, great for racing siblings or friends.
The standout for little ones might be the playhouse, a brown cabin with a “Kids Only” sign on the front, a clock inside, peek-a-boo windows, and a built-in bench. Right beside it is a moose spring rocker, perfect for toddlers who aren’t quite ready for the big structure yet.
The swing set has a baby bucket swing plus regular swings, and there’s tons of green grass around the playground for running and picnics. Just note that dogs aren’t allowed in this park, so leave the pup at home.
