If you are looking for a substitute to ice cream VeriBerry Frozen Yougurt in Penticton is a great alternative.
Located at 201 Martin Street, you can park close to the store or take the short 5 minute walk from Okanagan Beach.
Choose Your Flavours
Grab a cup and choose your flavour. There were 10 different frozen yogurt flavours to choose from when we were there, some were even low-fat.
Simply grab your cup and fill up with a flavour or two or three of your favourite frozen yogurts.
Add Your Toppings
You can choose from an array of different goodies to add to your frozen yogurt base. There is everything from chocolates to candies to fruits to enhance your dessert. For the kids, this is their favourite part (secretly mine too).
Weigh & Pay
Put your yogurt on the scale to see how much you owe. It’s 61 cents per ounce, so don’t go overboard on the toppings. I also find the cup is quite large and you don’t need to fill it right up.
Enjoy!
These desserts are so fun to make, mixing different flavours with toppings. You can have fun with your frozen yogurt and post some pictures to Instagram and tag @veriberrypenticton and @okfamilyfun.
Tips & Tricks
- There is just one sized cup, so be careful not to fill it right to the top as you pay per ounce.
- There are several tables to sit at inside and three tables on the patio (6 chairs total)
- Washrooms are located at the back of the shop on the right hand side
- They are not open year-round. Make sure to check their Facebook page for hours of operation.
