In the fall, Okanagan families are searching for pumpkin patches and corn mazes to visit to pick the perfect pumpkin to carve or bake with.
We have compiled a list of local pumpkin patches, corn mazes, and activities that you can enjoy this fall with your family. View dates and information for 2023 below!

Kelowna Pumpkin Patches
Don-O-Ray Farms
Pick up a pumpkin at Don-O-Ray Farm Market and visit the petting zoo and maze next door. You can visit their goats, bunnies, ducks, chickens, and more! Get a free airbrush tattoo with your admission fee. They also add spooky surprises leading up to Halloween.
2023 Petting Zoo Hours: Fri-Mon from 10 am to 5 pm, Sept 6-Oct 31, 2023
Cost: The entry fee to the petting zoo is $9.53/person plus tax (2 and under are free). Pumpkins are a separate cost.

Kelowna Corn Maze
Bigger and better each year! There will be 2 mazes, one for families and another that is scary. Leave yourself 30 minutes to walk the maze and another 20 to 30 minutes to enjoy the fire pit (weather/wind dependent). No pets allowed, please. Check their Facebook page to confirm hours as they will close if it’s pouring rain.

McMillan Farms: Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch
One of the most popular pumpkin patches and corn mazes in the Okanagan is hands down McMillan Farms. You will see local celebrities such as Jillian Harris bringing her family to visit their 3-acre corn maze. Other activities include taking on a hayride to tour their farm, stopping by their petting farm, or slinging apples out of a giant slingshot. There is also a concession stand and cutouts for fun family pictures.

Kelowna Fruit n Veggies: Farm Scene Investigation in the Corn Maze
Visit Kelowna Fruit n Veggies to explore their massive 5-acre corn maze. You can spend 1-2 hours of family fun playing their Farm scene investigation game that will keep you on the hunt for hidden clues in their 10-foot tall corn maze.

Lake Country Pumpkin Patches
Gambell Farms: Pumpkin Patch
Choose from an assortment of pumpkins at their stand, or wander into the pumpkin patch and pick your own. They plant over 8 varieties of pumpkins and dozens of types of gourds for you to choose from. There is a small playground near their shop and a wagon to carry your pumpkin from the patch back to your vehicle. They also sell fresh fruits and vegetables.

Vernon Pumpkin Patches & Corn Mazes
Davison Orchards: Pumpkin Patch
Take a Johnny Popper Tour to the Pumpkin Patch, and find your perfect pumpkin. If you choose not to go to the pumpkin patch, they offer a large display of pumpkins of all shapes and sizes to choose from. The U-pick pumpkin tours run on weekends in October. While you are visiting the farm, stop by the Crazy Cow Kids Corral and visit their farm animals for outdoor fun. There is a gift shop on-site (our favourite store!) and a Farmhouse Cafe for beverages, snacks, and treats.
2023 October Hours: U-pick pumpkin tours run Wednesdays to Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm, weather permitting.

Historic O’Keefe Ranch: Corn Maze
Don’t miss out on their family fun activities at O’Keefe Ranch this Fall. Find your way through their Corn Maze, meet their Goats, and enjoy tractor rides a bonfire, and more! You can also pick a pumpkin and play their pumpkin scavenger hunt. Please make sure to check the hours of operation before visiting.
2023 Hours: O’Keefe Ranch is open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from September 8th to October 29th, 10 am – 4 pm, 2023. The corn maze starts October 1, 2023.

Armstrong Pumpkin Patches
Armstrong Pumpkin Patch
Come on out and enjoy a day at the Armstrong Pumpkin Patch. They sell pumpkins, decorative corn, corn stalks, squash, and gourds. Their prices will be one of the more reasonable for pumpkins in the area. Wander around and take pictures of the kids on their haywagon.

Blossom Fruit Stand: Pumpkin Patch
Located along Highway 97 in Trout Creek is Blossom Fruit Stand. During the Fall, they have a pumpkin patch where you can go out into the field and pick your very own pumpkin. Don’t wait too long like we did, as they get picked over fast. Please check to find out when their pumpkins are ready.

Bears Fruit Stand: Pumpkin Patch & Fruit Stand
You won’t miss this display when driving by! Bear’s Fruit Stand is always beautifully decorated with pumpkin displays with a stunning backdrop for photos. Pick up a pumpkin and some fresh local produce.
