Oliver Community Park is a 28-acre recreational hub featuring multi-use sports fields, tennis and pickleball courts, an outdoor pool and hot tub, a disc golf course, a fully fenced tot playground, and an accessible paved pathway that links all amenities. Additional highlights include an outdoor stage for events, a community hall for gatherings, an arena for skating and sports, plus washrooms, ample parking, and shaded picnic areas.

Tucked inside Oliver Community Park, the Oliver Tots & Tykes Playground is a bright, welcoming space thoughtfully designed for children ages 2 to 5 and those who are neurodivergent. This fully fenced, inclusive playground features toddler-sized equipment like low slides, gentle climbing structures, sensory panels, and adaptive swings—perfect for little ones who benefit from accessible, engaging play. The soft rubberized surface adds an extra layer of safety, and there’s even a fun musical station where kids can explore sound and rhythm. With benches and a picnic table nearby, it’s a great spot for families to enjoy a safe and playful break in the park.

Located behind Osoyoos Elementary School, below the hill, you will find the Osoyoos Elementary Natural Playground. While the address is at the school, you can find this playground located along 89th Street. The playground is built with natural elements and children will love balancing, climbing and playing here.

The Osoyoos Elementary Playground features a bright red design and is packed with fun for kids—climbing walls, swings, slides, and plenty of unique balancing and climbing elements to explore.

Oval Park in Lumby features a sandy playground with swings, slides, and climbing structures, along with smaller equipment for toddlers. Older kids can make use of the adjacent skate park and sand volleyball court. A spray park and seasonal swimming pool are located nearby. The park also offers shaded areas, open green space, and on-site restrooms.

Situated on Okanagan Lake is the popular Peach Orchard Beach Park. Children will love the splash park and playground, located right beside each other. The playground has a sandy surface and features a wooden structure with various climbing and balancing elements, ideal for children to explore. It includes a large slide, hanging rings, and platforms that encourage active play. There is also a nice sandy beach, picnic tables, a boat launch, washrooms, a volleyball court, and a large grassy area.

Pine Park in Keremeos is the town’s largest green space, set on over 5 acres along the Similkameen River. The park is ideal for families, featuring a playground, picnic areas, washrooms, and a welcoming 9-hole beginners disc-golf course.

The playground at Pioneer Park in Kaleden is a well-equipped area with engaging features for kids of all ages. It includes swings for both younger and older children, a variety of slides, monkey bars, and multiple climbing structures.

Pioneer Walkway in Osoyoos is a scenic, paved path that runs along the shoreline of Osoyoos Lake. It’s ideal for walking, biking, or using a stroller, with beautiful lake views. The pathway features colourful gardens, shaded pergola, benches, and a seasonal washroom.. You’ll find parking at both ends, making it convenient to access nearby shops, beaches, and attractions.

Polson Park in Vernon offers a variety of activities with a playground, skate park, and tennis courts all in one spot. The playground includes slides, swings, monkey bars, and climbing structures, with buddy benches placed nearby. Open grassy areas provide plenty of space for running and games. Washroom facilities are also available on site.
