Sendero Canyon Park in Penticton is a quiet, fully fenced neighborhood park that's great for kids ages 5 to 12. There are picnic tables for snack breaks or lunch, and the enclosed space makes it easier to keep an eye on the kids. Just a heads-up, there are no washrooms on site.

The playground at Sun-Oka Beach Provincial Park provides an exciting challenge for kids with its climbing structure featuring hanging rings, rope nets, and a slide. It’s set on a soft wood chip surface, so wearing shoes is recommended.

Swalwell Park is a popular spot in Lake Country, offering a skatepark, splash park, covered pavilion, picnic areas, and open sports fields. It's also home to community events throughout the summer, including outdoor concerts and the Lake Country Farmers and Crafters Market.

Located on Deer Place in Penticton, The Ridge Park features a spider web-style climbing structure, a basketball and tennis court, and open grassy space. The park also has paved walking paths, picnic tables, benches, and street parking. There are no washrooms on site.

McLeod Park is a quiet neighborhood park in the McLeod subdivision of Spallumcheen, ideal for younger children. The playground features a low plastic climbing structure, bouncy seats, slides, and swings, all set on a soft rubber surface designed for ages 2–12. There’s also a paved basketball court, a picnic table, benches, and a large grassy area that’s mostly fenced for added peace of mind. A few trees provide some shade in the otherwise open field, and parking is available in a small lot off Lockhart Drive at Sydney Crescent.

Rotary Park and Beach Oliver offers a relaxed lakeside experience with a sandy beach, playground, grassy areas, and picnic tables. Families can swim, play, and enjoy a peaceful afternoon in this community park. Washrooms are available, making it an easy spot for a summer outing.
