Located at the end of Vedette Drive in Penticton's West Bench, Mariposa Park offers a variety of amenities including a playground, tennis courts, a cricket pitch, washrooms, and picnic areas. The playground features swings, climbing structures, and some unique spring riders.

The Naramata Elementary playground is a great spot for families, with fun and colourful equipment that includes tall slides, monkey bars, swings, and plenty to climb. There’s something for all ages, and the easy parking makes it a convenient place to stop and play.

McGuire Lake Park is a quiet park, with a path circling a peaceful lake with a central fountain. It’s a great place to take a walk, birdwatch, or have a picnic break during your day in Salmon Arm.

McPherson Park in West Kelowna is a great little spot for families, especially those with school-aged kids. The playground is built for children aged 5 to 12 and is packed with challenging climbing features, rope bridges, monkey bars, and multiple slides — perfect for kids who love to stay active and test their coordination. Note, there is no washroom at this playground.

Memorial Park Armstrong is a fantastic spot for families with kids of all ages. The playground features a variety of slides, climbing structures, and even a rock to scale—perfect for active play. Little ones will enjoy the swings and spring riders, all under the shade of tall trees that keep things cool. Bonus: washrooms are nearby, and right next door you'll find an outdoor pool and splash park for even more summer fun!

Memorial Park Keremeos is a great spot for families with young kids. The playground is built for children 12 and under, with fun features like slides, tunnels, swings, and a bright purple crawl tube. Right beside the play area, there's a splash pad and a community pool—perfect for hot summer days. Shaded picnic tables and a covered pavilion make it easy to relax while the kids play.

The renovated playground at Memorial Park Summerland is an exciting space for children to explore and play. It features a massive 8-foot-wide slide, a spinning sphere, and a tall rope spinner, offering a mix of thrilling and interactive play. The playground also includes slides, climbing structures, and various play elements that encourage both physical activity and creativity.

nixʷinaʔ Park (formerly Pocket Park) in Keremeos is a small, welcoming green space featuring picnic tables, benches, and a large yellow shade canopy. With a colorful mural backdrop and community bulletin board, it's a place to rest in the downtown area.

Okanagan Centre Park is a fun, family-friendly spot nestled next to the Lake Country Museum with easy access to Okanagan Lake just across the street. The playground features a wood chip surface with two slides, a spring rider, climbing structure, bucket swing, and traditional swing. There's also a large grassy area for running and playing, picnic tables for snack breaks, and accessible washrooms on site.

Located just steps from downtown Penticton, Okanagan Lake Park is a 4+ acre waterfront space along Okanagan Lake, offering a small sandy beach, picnic areas, a fenced off-leash dog beach, and access to nearby attractions.
