BC’s longest continuously running farmers’ market is celebrating over 50 years!

Renovated in 2024, Armstrong Lions Park's playground now features modern, colorful equipment designed to engage kids of all ages. The upgraded play structures include multiple slides, fun climbing elements, and swings for both toddlers and older children.

The Armstrong Memorial Spray Park is located in Memorial Park, next to the outdoor pool and playground. This fully fenced spray park features a rubberized surface, providing a soft, non-slip area for kids to play comfortably. Children can easily move between the playground and spray park.

The Armstrong Outdoor Pool is a fantastic place to visit if you enjoy swimming outdoors. The pool is heated, so you can swim comfortably even when it’s chilly outside. Their schedule includes allocated time slots for adult and senior lap swimming, aquatic fitness classes, parent and tot swimming, youth swimming, and registered lessons.

Celebrate your birthday with Armstrong Spallumcheen Parks and Recreation! Choose from fun-filled options like Sports Parties (ages 6+), Everyone Plays, Roller Skating, Ice Skating, or Movie Parties, accommodating up to 60 guests. Party bookings are available from September to May

Located at Highland Park Elementary School, this free, drop-in program is for children 0-5 years old and their caregivers. The program follows the SD83 calendar and is open for drop-in.

The Armstrong-Spallumcheen Museum and Arts Society is open to the public and is available to educate visitors about the history of this region. The Museum provides colourful displays that are fun, informative, interactive for your family.

The Asparagus Community Theatre in Armstrong provides a family-friendly venue for live performances, offering a range of shows and events that can be enjoyed by all ages.

Caravan Farm Theatre is a professional outdoor theatre company based on an eighty-acre farm in the North Okanagan, in the unceded territories of the Secwepemc and Syilx First Nations. Established in 1978, Caravan Farm Theatre is a world leader in large-scale outdoor theatre production.
