Quilchena Park, located in the Village of Kettle Valley, offers a variety of play structures with a long green tunnel slide as its main attraction. Built into a hill, this slide provides an exciting descent that kids love. The playground also includes several slides of different shapes and sizes, a climbing structure with bridges and ladders, and a series of monkey bars. Additional features include a spring-loaded seesaw, a fenced sandbox, and swings for both toddlers and older children.

Situated in the Village of Kettle Valley, right next to Quilchena Playground, the Quilchena Splash Park is a charming water park enclosed by a fence, providing grassy seating areas with benches. It features two water cannons and various spray features. Additionally, this park offers seasonal washrooms, a water fountain, and additional benches for your convenience.

A favourite spot among local parents, Red Robin offers a kid menu with bottomless side dishes and beverages. Our girls loved the corn doggies – battered corn dog bites.

Rotary Beach Park Kelowna is a great waterfront spot for families, featuring a sandy beach, shaded picnic areas, and a playground. Kids can enjoy the designated swim zone or find shade under the mature trees. During the warmer months, the park offers washrooms, food trucks, and water sport rentals.

The Rutland Arena features two NHL-sized rink surfaces and offers a variety of skating times, including public skate, Parent & Tot sessions, and seniors’ skate, making it a great choice for all ages. Rentals are available, including skates, skate bars, and helmets, and there’s also on-site skate sharpening for added convenience. Pre-booking your skate in advance is recommended and can be done up to seven days in advance.
