Lion’s Park in Oliver is a large, family-friendly green space with a colorful playground featuring a climbing structure and slides, ideal for toddlers and younger children. The park includes open grassy areas for play and picnics, shaded picnic tables, and a fenced off-leash dog zone. It’s also home to a skateboard park, giving older kids and teens a place to ride and practice tricks, making the park a great all-ages destination.

You won’t miss this bright yellow building along Highway 97 in Oliver. Their building is fully air-conditioned and they sell mango lassi, rose milk, smoothies, milkshakes, ice cream, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Depending on the time of year, they carry strawberries, melons, peppers, onions, yams, green beans, sweet potatoes, potatoes, garlic, zucchini squash, carrots, beets, broccoli and more!

Nostalgia Wines is a kid-friendly winery with a spacious picnic area and outdoor cornhole game that families can enjoy together. Sparkling juices, pop, water, and a selection of snacks—including chips and items from the charcuterie cart—are available to purchase during your visit.

The Oliver & District Arena offers a range of public skating sessions for all ages and skill levels, making it a great place for family fun and exercise. With affordable weekday rates, free skating for preschoolers, and free Saturday and Sunday evening skates from November to February, there’s something for everyone. The schedule includes public skating, parent & child skate, drop-in hockey, and family-friendly sessions sponsored by the Oliver Lions Club.

This family-owned fruit market’s goal is to sell produce that was picked the same morning. Pick your own produce for a fun experience. They sell peaches, apricots, cherries, peppers, plums, onions, tomatoes, garlic, squash, eggs, jams, jellies, and apple juice.
