Quilchena Park, located in the Village of Kettle Valley, offers a variety of play structures with a long green tunnel slide as its main attraction. Built into a hill, this slide provides an exciting descent that kids love. The playground also includes several slides of different shapes and sizes, a climbing structure with bridges and ladders, and a series of monkey bars. Additional features include a spring-loaded seesaw, a fenced sandbox, and swings for both toddlers and older children.

Rotary Play World at Skaha Lake Park in Penticton is a popular spot for families with children of all ages. This playground features three distinct play structures. For toddlers, there's a lower play structure with gentle slides, ramps, and interactive games, ideal for little ones who are just learning to walk. Older kids can enjoy a more challenging structure with taller slides, a mini rock climbing wall, and a zip-across feature.

Sendero Canyon Park is a hidden gem in the peaceful Sendero Canyon neighborhood, designed for kids aged 5 to 12. It features a climbing wall, slides, and swings, making it a great spot for active play. The park is fully fenced and includes picnic tables, offering a safe and comfortable space for families to relax. Just keep in mind—there are no washrooms on-site, so come prepared!

Swalwell Park is a community favorite with a skatepark, waterpark, pavilion, picnic spots, and sports fields. It’s a lively venue for events like free summer concerts and the Lake Country Farmer's and Crafter's Market.

The DND Playground in Vernon is a spacious play area that opened in fall 2024. It offers a great mix of equipment for all ages, including multiple slides, crawl-through tunnels, and various climbing features like ladders, curved bars, and a small climbing wall. The playground also includes a basket swing, a bucket swing, a traditional swing, spring riders, and a spinner. The surface is covered in wood chips, and there are benches nearby.

The Jumpstart Inclusive Playground in Vernon is a fun and accessible play space located in Marshall Field Park. This fully inclusive playground features ramps, sensory play elements, adaptive swings, smooth rubber surfacing and so much more.

Kopje Regional Park offers a playground, swimming area, and a view of James Grant Island, a protected bird sanctuary. Visitors can enjoy the historic Gibson Heritage House, picnic tables, washrooms, and lake access—though water shoes are recommended for the rocky shoreline.

Beasley Park Playground in Lake Country is unique with it's standout big red barn. The playground also features a sandbox with toy trucks left to play with, giant tires to climb, rock climbing posts, and two slides built into grassy hills — a twisty red slide and a double yellow slide.

Kiwanis Park Playground in Penticton is a family-friendly spot designed for kids ages 5 to 12. The playground features two large play structures equipped with a variety of slides, including straight and spiral designs. Kids can enjoy multiple climbing challenges, from monkey bars and ladders to climbing walls, providing plenty of opportunities to burn off the kids’ energy.

Kinsmen Playground and Spray Park in Oliver is a family-friendly destination offering a variety of water features and playground equipment. The spray park includes interactive elements such as water rings, ground sprayers, and tipping buckets, providing children with engaging ways to cool off during warmer months.
