Celebrate Summerland

The Summerland community and visitors are invited to enjoy two days of celebrations to highlight the local culture of this vibrant community.
Come by the Summerland Arena for the main event of the weekend on Saturday, February 18th! Featuring a market from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm, that will highlight local artisans and vendors, and live cultural and music performances that will entertain throughout the day from 12:00 pm – 9:30 pm. Kids will enjoy the bouncy castles and outdoor entertainment from locals Mandy Cole, and Kim & Kevin. As well as an Indigenous carver, Les Louis
Attendees can look forward to live music performances from Indigenous storytellers, drummers, and dancers, Emily McDonald’s Highland School of Dance, and headliners Bobbi Bovenzi, Moving Lines, and Raquel Cole at the main stage from 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm.
Come and enjoy local food trucks onsite Bannock Slaps Burgers & Indian Tacos, Peggy Joe’s, Hixee’s Gourmet Street Food, Summerland Smoke Shack, and The Wienery!
Wrap up the Family Day weekend and 7 Celebrations event on Sunday February 19th with family skating at the Summerland Arena starting at 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The kids will enjoy face painting and live entertainment by super crazy, Silly of the Valley which will entertain during two live performances at 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
If you get hungry, don’t worry there will be a concession available!
