Mama & Baby Bootcamp is a fun, safe, and supportive community to move your body and bond with your little ones! Wear, carry, or have your baby be a front-row cheerleader on the ground in front of you throughout the class. These classes are for all levels as various exercise options and modifications are provided. Drop-in is available.
Location: Thrive Kelowna – 103-1641 Commerce Avenue, Kelowna
Dates: Begins September 19, 2023 and runs for 6 weeks
Time: 1-2 pm
Cost: 1 class/week $120 | 2 classes/week $180
